Holds and Deposits There will be a $50 Non Refundable Hold Fee for any Gecko. If you want to make a payment Plan It’s $40 down, and We can Split the total Cosy into 4 Easy Payments of 25%. The gecko does not ship until paid in full.

Returns on Merch
There are NO Refunds or Returns on any of Our MERCH enless DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED. If in the rare event an item arrived damaged or defective the customer is responsible for the return of the item before a suitaable replacement is delivered.
Damaged/defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.Â
Returns/exchanges
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
